A non-refundable deposit of $250 will be charged to book your session and reserve studio space. This amount will be applied to the total cost of your service. Rescheduling must be done at least 72 hours in advance to avoid any scheduling conflicts or additional charges.

BOOKINGS AND REFUNDS
Please contact us [insert link] to schedule an intro call to chat about your project and available times. We require a $250 non-refundable deposit to book your session and reserve studio space. This amount will be applied to the total cost of your service.
If you’re not satisfied with our services after your video session, we will provide a full refund of the amount minus the non-refundable deposit. After the first round of revisions are signed off, we will no longer be able to honor a refund request due to the time and cost of the video production.
REVISIONS
Our packages include three stages of revisions, script, audio and visuals. You will have an opportunity to review and request revisions throughout the video production process. We will send you a draft of the video before the final version is delivered. Please be advised that additional revisions that take longer than 1 hour will be charged an additional $150 per hour.
PAYMENT
We accept all credit cards, check and cash for our services. Payment is split into two, a pre production payment and another once the final version is delivered.
CAN YOU COME TO MY LOCATION?
Unfortunately, we do not offer off-site video shooting at this time.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY VIDEO(S)?
The final videos will be delivered in [insert format] format, including edited and raw footage. You will be provided a hosted link where you’ll have access to your files for download.
